Working at the intersection of sport, fashion, luxury, and culture, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to building and scaling brands, developing high-impact campaigns that drive engagement across digital and physical spaces. His focus on innovation extends to assembling and mentoring top-tier creative teams that push boundaries across every brand touchpoint.

Born in New York City and raised between Buenos Aires and NYC, Carlo finds inspiration in culture, community, and technology. His hybrid approach as a hands-on creative thinker has led him to mentor and build creative, strategy, and design teams worldwide, driving groundbreaking work that redefines industries.

Throughout his career, Carlo has collaborated with top talents on a wide range of projects, from branding and campaigns to product design and digital platforms, leading award-winning teams for iconic brands such as Nike, ︎Apple, ︎Spotify, Beats by Dre, Google, Samsung, MTV, Airbnb, Meta, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Patagonia.

In addition to his creative pursuits, Carlo has had the honor of serving on juries for prestigious Advertising and Design festivals worldwide, including the Cannes Lions Digital Craft Category in 2017, The One Show, and the Webby Awards.
